Tell us which openings you are thinking about: windows, the front door, a sliding glass door, the garage door, or shutters for the whole house. A rough count helps, and so does the kind of windows you have now (awning, jalousie, single-hung, sliding). If you live in a community with an HOA, mention it so the affidavit can be started early.
